When you enquire or book, Livvy collects your name, contact details, address or collection area, and information about your dog including breed, age, health, medication, behaviour and vet details.

Booking, scheduling and invoicing are managed in the Pet Sitter Plus client portal, which stores this information on Walking Paws' behalf.

Your information is used only to arrange and deliver dog walking and pet care, to contact you about your bookings, and to act quickly in an emergency involving your dog.

Walking Paws does not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Photos of your dog are taken on walks and shared with you. They are only used on social media or this website with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you at any time by contacting Livvy.
